By design, our mobile and web apps that are available publicly, do not require user registration. No email, phone number or any personal information is needed as a term to use our apps. Thus, ITsimple doesn’t have or collect any unintended personal information. ITsimple doesn’t monetize user’s personal information. 

This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains what information may be collected and how it is used and disclosed by ITsimple, LLC (“Company”, “we” or “us”) with respect to a user’s use of the company services, mobile applications (“Apps”)and websites so the user can make an informed decision about using the service offered through these channels (“Services”). We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time. We will alert that changes have been made by indicating on the privacy policy the date it was last updated. We encourage users to review this Policy from time to time. 

At ITsimple, we put our customers and our solution’s users' privacy first. It’s important to understand the difference between ‘personal information’ and ‘aggregated data’. 

  • Personal information includes, phone number, email address, physical address, or any personal and non-public details or usage patterns that can be connected with an actual person and its identity and isn’t already public. 
  • Aggregated data is user behavior data that is collected by the operating system of the device in use and user applications in use. This information is not linked or connected to a specific user or disclose its identity.

Information about how a service is being used may be collected and combined with information about how others use the same service is called Aggregated Data. Aggregated data helps us understand usage trends and our users’ and customers preferences so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor our apps. We have endeavored to put into place cyber security measures in an effort to protect aggregated data and personal information (if collected) while it is under our control. For example, but not limited to, data encryption using the latest technologies, i.e. cryptographic keys, advanced encryption standard or AES standard.

We may analyze the data and data structures in order to tailor the ITsimple Service and advertising to a user’s needs and interests. The following are some examples of how we may use the information we collect: request feedback, analyze apps use, and enable us to develop, customize and improve the apps and our publications, products and services; Respond to user emails, submissions, comments, requests or complaints; Provide online editing and publishing services to you; Contact a user about our services, products, activities, special events or offers and for other marketing, informational, product development and promotional purposes. Personal information provided online and available publicly may be used so that we may better understand a user’s needs and inform users about our products or services and those of our partners. In addition, if we receive information from third parties, we may combine this information with other information we maintain. In either case, this Policy governs this information.
